CERTIFICATIONS
ISO 9001:2008 and TL9000 Since January 24, 2002
Northcentral Telcom, LLC was one of the first companies (as requested by AT&T) registered to the then new Release 3.0 of the TL9000 standard. We successfully completed subsequent annual surveillance audits and full re-registration audits every three years from 2002-2018. While we are no longer pursuing the TL9000 certification, quality remains one of our top priorities.
